Howzat for a name! I trust you are all well and keeping busy.
I hope you all remember our very long association with Helen and Ikamva Labantu, because of the Day Care Centre Project etc.
Helen has been awarded the Legion of Honour by the French Government for her 50-odd years work. It is the highest French civilian honour that can be granted.
My old Roggebaai booklet does not show us ever having given her even a PH award!
She is to be the speaker at the Rotary Club of Cape Town on Tuesday 29th August, 2017. 17h30 for 18h00 at the Royal Cape Yacht Club.
It would be fantastic to see some of you there. IF there’s anyone who cannot attend but would like me to pass on greetings please let me know.
