ROTARY PAYMENTS OR CONTRIBUTIONS 2010/2011

Rotary International:

•  Semi-annual per capita dues

•  US$ 25.00 payable in advance I July 2010 & I January 2011

•  US$ 4.17 per month for new members who join Rotary in the half year preceding a semi-annual payment. This means these RI per capita dues are payabe in arrears on 1 July and 31 December for a person joining Rotary during the preceding half year.

•  Council on Legislation levy

•  US$1,00 payable I July each year

•  The Rotarian

•  US$12.00 payable in advance I July & I January (Not mandatory and is for Rotarians who wish to subscribe to the magazine)

• Semi-Annual Dues Package from RI

The Club Secretary should receive a Semi-Annual Dues package from RI in July 2009 and in January 2010 and it will contain the following:

•  Semi-Annual Dues Invoice (green)

•  Semi-Annual Report Work sheet

•  Membership list as per database

•  New Members Form

•  Occupational Codes and Language list

Note: if you do not receive your package then email Mr. Mr. Emmanuel Idehen (emmanuel.idehen@rotary.org ) or sanna.lerenman@rotary.org requesting a copy of your package with a fax number to which the copy should be sent, also send the Club's postal address so that RI can update their records

• Generated by RI database based on number of of members in database on 31 May and 30 November.
  
  
• If membership list does not accompany paymant, the database will credit club the club iof it pays for more and debit club if it pays for les than in database.

•  Payment to Fiscal Agent (available from the District Services Centre)

•  Convert US$ to Rand at the current Rotary rate of exchange available from the District Services Centre.
•  Copy of semi-annual dues invoice and deposit slip.

If this is not done the Semi-Annual dues account will not be updated and clubs will be liable to for the dues as reflected on RI's accounts database.
