THE ROTARY BRAND
The Rotary gearwheel is one of the most familiar symbols in the world today. The Rotary emblem together with the name Rotary International and other 'marks' such as Service above Self, Interact, Polio Plus and others are registered trade marks In over 50 countries and belong to Rotary International. Districts and clubs are welcome to use the Rotary trademarks subject to the guidelines set out in the Manual of Procedure.
The official emblem of Rotary International is a gear wheel of six spokes, 24 cogs and a keyway. The two words 'Rotary International' appear in depressed spaces in the rim. A circle surrounding the keyway demarcates the hub of the gear wheel.
The Rotary emblem may be reproduced in any one colour. If it is reproduced in more than one colour it must be produced in the official colours of royal blue (PMS 286 Blue) and gold. Gold can be represented as a metallic colour (PMS 871) or as yellow (PMS 129). For more information contact the District Services Centre.
