Plan, co-ordinate and evaluate all District Foundation activities under the supervision of the DG. Plan and implement Foundation Seminars as directed by the DG and obtain and disseminate Foundation information.

Ambassadorial Scholars - Outbound, Rotary Peace Programme and Rotary Volunteers
Plan and implement all phases relating to the selection and orientation of our scholars going overseas, including the appointment of counsellors.

Plan and implement all phases relating to the intake of overseas scholars studying in our District, including the appointment of counsellors.

To plan and organise an orientation program for all inbound and outbound scholars in Sub-Saharan Africa.

Annual and Permanent Fund Contributions
To set monetary targets and encourage Clubs to support Foundation by making Donations, finding Benefactors and Major Donors.

Polio Eradication
Planning and co-ordinating all activities to promote the PolioPlus target of a Polio free world by the year 2005, including Fundraising.

Matching and Simplified Grants
To chair the matching grant committee that assists and advises Clubs and District committees and evaluates applications before forwarding to RF.
