INTERACTORS SPRUCE UP A PROJECT BUILDING
The Bellville Rotaract & Northern Suburbs Interact groups enjoyed a Rotary Youth Camp in Glencairn.
The Rotaract Club of Bellville recently organised a Youth Camp for members of the Northern Suburbs Interact Clubs. The camp included a number of workshops on topics such as communication and a highlight was the weekend's project which involved a big paint job!
One of their activities was to paint the old VDP Open Door building and do murals inside the building to brighten it. The centre will be used for counselling services for abused and traumatised - predominantly women and children in the community. What a fantastic job they did!! The staff and the VDP Board members are thrilled. It is wonderful to see Rotary working in co - ordination and together achieving this magic.
